This Payment and Refund Policy outlines how Wawa Cleaning ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") handles payments and refunds for our house cleaning services across the United States. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other authorized online payment platforms. Payment must be completed in full before the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Service Charges

All prices are stated in USD and include standard service charges. Additional fees may apply for extra services or special requests, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the service.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not performed as described or agreed upon.
  • If a service cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Partial refunds may be offered if only part of the service was unsatisfactory, subject to company review.

Refunds are not issued for services performed correctly and on schedule or for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your service details and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Services cancelled within less than 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
